Tim's Story.
Farming runs deep in Tim's story. He began alongside his father, learning the land, its rhythm, and the responsibilities that came with it. He later purchased Millbrook, a 100-hectare cropping farm in Southbridge, New Zealand, expanding it in 2009 with an additional 73 hectares.
Since 2023, Tim's been working with Leaft to harvest Rubisco. It's like regular farming, but with science, and fewer cows.
