What is the best way to store a Leaft Blade?
Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. Once defrosted, store at or below 4 °C (40 °F) and consume within 14 days.
Leaft Blade is best served just off frozen or chilled. If it’s warm, you’re doing it wrong.
When should the Leaft Blade be used?
Consumed 20 minutes before you train and/or when you’re finished.
You can use it for a meal, a snack or a before, during or after workout boost. Unlike other proteins, it has a high digestibility rate, so it doesn't have to just be used for after workout recovery.
Is the Leaft Blade vegetarian?
Yes, our Leaft Blade is 100% vegetarian and allergen free.
What kind of leaves do you use to make the Leaft Blade?
We use freshly harvested green alfalfa leaves grown in New Zealand.
